Job Description
The PGIM - Associate Manager, Investment Operations role is a critical position that supports the Private Credit investment business, focusing on loan servicing for PPC's Direct Lending platform. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of loan servicing activities, ensure operational excellence and compliance across all transactions, and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing system capabilities and streamlining processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor undergraduate degree
- 5+ years in the banking and financial services industry
- Familiarity with loan closing and servicing processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong PC skills, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving experience
- Ability to convey sense of urgency and to work productively with both internal and external business partners
