Job Description
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will partner with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers, and delivery professionals to improve API Enablement with customers, identifying business unit requirements, creating project and process specifications, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. The role will support the Director Business Systems Analyst and Product Owner, set ambitious and clear product vision, and communicate effectively to key stakeholders and the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering; Analytics or experience in related fields
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Applied experience and/or expertise with project management, effective communication, decision-making & critical thinking, business acumen, interpersonal relationships, financial acumen, and analytical thinking
