Job Description
The Vice President & Actuary, Group Insurance Valuation & Capital will lead the central actuarial valuation team and capital management functions for Prudential Group Insurance, ensuring the integrity of reserves, capital adequacy, and statutory and GAAP financial results.
Requirements
- 10+ years of actuarial experience
- Deep knowledge of valuation methodologies, assumption setting, experience analysis, and financial reporting
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing highâperforming actuarial teams
- Executive presence in delivering complex messages to senior audiences
- Strong collaboration skills with Finance, Risk, and Corporate Actuarial stakeholders
- Professional actuarial designation: ASA, FSA, FIA, or equivalent
