Vice President, Tax (Hybrid)

Prudential is seeking a Vice President, Tax to lead the Corporate Tax Department and oversee tax compliance, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have exceptional accounting skills, a deep understanding of financial statements, and the ability to manage multiple projects. The role requires a strong leadership track record, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business disciplines
• Very strong technical tax accounting knowledge
• CPA, MBA, and/or Master's degree in tax or accounting a plus
• Relevant Corporate Tax experience (12+ years) with Big 4 public accounting firms and/or multinational corporations
• Financial analysis and reconciliation skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational/analytical skills
• Proven leadership track record in managing and developing staff
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs of the organization and/or business clients
