Job Description
The Assistant Manager will act as a senior technical expert for complex claims, handle customer inquiries, and provide technical claims training to support business needs.
Requirements
- Acts as the senior technical expert for complex, high-risk claims
- Handle enquiries and complaints from customers, agents, and internal staff
- Regularly updates SOPs
- Identify emerging medical, utilization and cost-leakage risks
- Provide technical claims training, onboarding, certification, and refresher training
