Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing to plan and execute sales engagement initiatives, incentive programs, and marketing events that drive business performance for partnership distribution. The role requires strong project management, coordination, and execution skills, as well as excellent command of English and Chinese. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, business or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years’ experience in event management, incentive programs, or hospitality‐related industries.
• Strong project management, coordination, and execution skills.
• Detail‐oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and support on‐site event operations as required.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
