Conduct Risk Specialist (1 Year Contract)

This role supports agency growth by performing post onboarding monitoring requirements on Prudential's financial representatives, to ensure proper sales behavior and meeting internal and regulatory requirements.

• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Good team player who possesses drive, initiative, an eye for detail, analytical and able to work independently to meet stringent deadlines
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and flexible
• Basic understanding of the insurance industry and operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
