Customer Success Engineer contributes to smooth customer experiences by ensuring high availability and reliability of various platforms/touchpoints used by our customers.
Requirements
- Resolve incidents and issues as they arise.
- Ensures that raised production tickets are closed within SLA.
- Reviews and assesses Service Requests raised by Business and ensures development is within committed schedule.
- Acts as an alternate Scrum Master whenever the need arises.
- Assists the Scrum Master and Product Owner in managing the Tribe.
- Acts as a pseudo–Product Owner.
