Director, Investment Risk

Prudential is seeking a Director, Investment Risk to provide key investment monitoring and analytical support to the Chief Risk Officer and ensure effective oversight over the company’s investment portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an investment or financial risk management role
• Experience in investments or risk management of private equity, private credit and/or derivative assets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and facilitation capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with and influence senior executives
• Demonstrate strong problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders
• Detail-minded, highly proactive, self-motivated with a drive to deliver
• Quantitative financial background, such as CFA, FRM or equivalent qualifications
