Job Description
We are looking for a driven and collaborative Lead, Talent Management, Learning & Culture to partner with business leaders in building Prudential Singapore's talent pipelines and strengthening organizational capabilities & culture.
Requirements
- 12-15 years' HR experience with focus in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and understanding of the latest talent management and succession practices and execution of culture interventions
- Good programme management skills with the ability to plan, communicate and drive programmes / projects effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence business stakeholders
- Highly resilient, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Highly collaborative with a strong hands-on approach
