Job Description
Prudential is seeking a Manager, Business Strategy and Solutions to support the Director and/or Senior Manager of the team in identifying product gaps and discovering new market spaces, generating new product ideas, and formulating holistic new business strategies and propositions. The successful candidate will have a strong business and financial acumen, with proven analytic and problem-solving capabilities, effective communication and presentation skills, and a solid understanding of Hong Kong life insurance products and market dynamics.
Requirements
- University graduate majoring in business, insurance or related curriculum
- At least 7 years of business development working experience related to local HK insurance with minimum 2 years at supervisory level
- Strong business and financial acumen with proven analytic and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Solid understanding of Hong Kong life insurance products and market dynamics; frontline exposure is an advantage
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and to collaborate effectively across functions
- Strategic and innovative mindset with the ability to think-out-of-the-box and challenge status quo
- Proactive and results driven mindset with focus on driving business growth
