Job Description
Manager, Compensation, Campaign and Initiative Management is responsible for managing compensation schemes, sales campaigns, business forecasting, and initiative execution to support distribution performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or other related field.
- At least 2 â 3 years of proven experience in the Financial Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and Power Query.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
