Job Description
Prudential is seeking a dynamic and strategic finance professional to oversee the day-to-day accounting functions of its new health insurance company in India. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and support strategic financial initiatives.
Requirements
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 10–15 years of experience in financial reporting & accounting
- Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, IRDAI regulations, and expense accounting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in insurance / Fintech or healthcare sectors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
