Job Description
Prudential is seeking a Senior Group Manager, Network Design to architect a world-class global network infrastructure. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and governing networks that meet the highest standards of operability, reliability, availability, and performance.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
- At least 6 years of experience in network plan, build or operate functions within global Financial Services Institution
- CCIE professional certifications
- ITIL certification (plus)
- Expert knowledge of Routers and Switches
- Hands-on experience with enterprise network components such as SDN, SDWAN, WAP, WLC, ISE, DHCP, DNS, NTP, Proxy, Load Balancer, VPN, Firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF, NAC and Sniffer
- Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, ARP, SNMP, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPsec, VTP, VPC, STP, HSRP and UDLD
- Scripting skills (e.g. Python, Perl)
- Basic to Intermediate Cloud networking with Azure or GCP
- Project management experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft productivity, collaborating suite and AI products
