Job Description
Prudential is seeking a Senior Manager Claims Projects, Systems & Technical Support to manage claims projects, systems, and technical support, and drive automation and digitization of claims processes. The role involves conducting research and analysis, driving decision-making processes, and overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT or related fields
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, analysis and related tools
- Good computer skill and knowledge
- Strong knowledge of health and life insurance products, claims adjudication, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams
