Transformation Delivery Lead

This role plays a critical leadership role in driving high impact, enterprise level transformation initiatives across the Agency, partnering closely with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution, and embed sustainable change across the agency force.

Requirements

• Directed comprehensive agency transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Establish and operate a high-performance PMO that facilitates strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with different divisions across the company.
• Establish success metrics utilizing precise and substantive key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect real business impact and outcomes.
• Ensure initiatives last within the agency.
