Activities Assistant HCC

Assists in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs for patients. Conducts assessments, gathers information, and develops individualized recreation programs. Works cooperatively with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement plan of care.
