Certified Nursing Assistant - Phlebotomist

Provides routine daily nursing care and services to patients, and performs phlebotomy activities accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an approved phlebotomy training program
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience required with geriatrics
• Active, current, and unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistance certification in the appropriate state
• Phlebotomy Certification
• Driver’s license
