Job Description
The CNA Phlebotomist provides routine daily nursing care and services to patients, and performs phlebotomy activities accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an approved phlebotomy training program
- A minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience required with geriatrics
- Active, current, and unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistance certification in the appropriate state
- Phlebotomy Certification
- Driver's license
