Build the Future - Graduate Program

Build the Future is a graduate program that provides an immersive experience in Prysmian, a company that aims to make the world a more sustainable place. The program involves a one-week global induction, a one-year job rotation in two departments, and an international assignment for three years in one of Prysmian's 50+ countries. Requirements

• Graduated in the last 24 months, or completing a degree in STEM fields
• Fluent in English
• Worked or studied abroad, or willing to join an international experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Available to start by March 2026
• Passionate about diversity and inclusion
