Job Description
We are looking for a Mechanical Installation Coordinator to manage multiple teams of technicians working on specific sites at the national and international level. The ideal candidate will have a leadership attitude and ability to guide a team to achieve a predetermined goal, as well as a good relational approach with clients and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Leadership attitude and ability to guide a team to achieve a predetermined goal
- Good relational approach with clients and subcontractors
- Problem-solving and goal-oriented, with an attitude to manage priorities correctly in coordination with the Direction
- Attitude to rapid learning and personal commitment
- Knowledge and familiarity with all basic and common software tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and use of Internet
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Availability for frequent travel, national and international, including offshore sites (on ships and platforms)
- Availability to travel worldwide
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Driving license
