Requirements

• 5 years of experience in factory work
• Experience in personnel management
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of MS Project
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
• Be a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ)
• Good level of English
