Job Description
The role involves partnering with the regional leadership team on compliance matters, ensuring regional compliance with Prysmian's Code of Ethics, laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and best practices. The position requires staying abreast of new rules, regulations, and trends in the industry and region, establishing effective working relationships, and serving as a compliance point of contact for employees in the region.
Requirements
- Partner with regional leadership team on compliance matters
- Stay abreast of new rules, regulations, and trends in the industry and region
- Establish effective working relationships and build credibility within the region
- Serve as compliance point of contact and be visible and accessible to employees in the region
- Identify and evaluate necessary programs, processes, and resources to maintain and improve the compliance program
- Lead and/or assist in the formalization of various global compliance program policies and procedures
- Partners with internal audit function in the coordination of monitoring activities
- Lead and oversee internal investigations of potential incidents of non-compliance
