Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HSE Advisor to join our HSEQ Team on a 12-month contract. This role supports Prysmian's health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) responsibilities, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and promoting a strong safety culture across our operations.
Requirements
- Strong operational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage processes, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
- Excellent administrative and organisational capabilities.
- Minimum 4 years in a similar HSE role, ideally within high-risk industries or FMCG manufacturing.
- Proven track record of improving safety culture and compliance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
- Additional training in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) and Project Management is advantageous.
