Inside Sales Manager

Prysmian is the world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the Inside Sales Representative team to achieve sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM/ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
