- Pack all finished goods in a suitable manner
- Prepare labels, products, and packaging materials
- Responsible for transporting finished goods
- Compare daily shipping lists and delivery notes
- Ensure delivery notes and packaged products match
- Ensure delivery note information and quantity match actual shipping information
- Ensure carriers' delivery notes match actual received quantity of products/materials
- Unloading goods and storing all materials in specified areas
- Ensure materials are labeled according to procedures
- Responsible for storing all materials in specified areas
- Ensure raw materials are timely fed to production lines
- Ensure returned materials are accurately identified and quantity confirmed
- Update IGS warehouse movement ERP software
- Perform periodic inventory responsibilities
- Complete health, safety, and environmental training
- Actively participate in the company's emergency drills
- Detect and rectify safety hazards in the department
- Participate in regular safety committee meetings
- Supervise and manage the safety operations of external personnel
- Manage the safety system of forklift and vehicle loading operations
- Keep all warehouse areas clean and comfortable
- Promote 5S activities in warehouse areas
