The Lead Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing a team of Logistics Coordinators, overseeing logistics execution of high voltage cable projects, and ensuring customer requirements are met. They also take on a leadership role, implementing and developing process optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on logistics
• Several years of professional experience and acquired market knowledge
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing logistics processes
• German and English skills: C1 or higher
• Proactive and forward-thinking approach, economic understanding
• Customer-oriented demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Resilience under stress, conflict resolution skills
• Negotiation skills as well as perseverance and assertiveness
