Ensure industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably to support continuous manufacturing activities.
Requirements
- Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods
- Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
- Diagnose breakdown problems & fix them with urgency
- Machine and layout improvement to enhance performance
- Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings, or components
- Monitor and control maintenance costs
- Work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machineries at factory
- Providing technical support and training on new equipment
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
- Provide training to enhance competency of Maintenance Technicians
- Liaise with related personnel and Governmental bodies (DOE, DOSH) to ensure compliance to related regulations
- Ensuring compliance to health, safety and environmental legislation
