Job Description
The Oshawa HSE Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of Health and Safety, and Environmental programs within the Oshawa and USA Installations Operations. The role requires a strong focus on safety leadership, policy creation, and operational HSE plans.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration specializing in HSE, Operations Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing ISO environment that involved Health and Safety, and Environmental management in a leadership capacity
- CSP or CRSP designation considered an asset
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian Health & Safety legislation as well as current Canadian employment legislation
