Job Description
The Williamsport plant is a leading U.S. cable manufacturing facility producing power distribution cables, overhead transmission lines, and low voltage service wire. The Plant Director will lead one of Prysmian’s key manufacturing sites in North America, driving operational excellence, safety, and strategic growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements
- Strong analytical, communication, and planning skills
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
