Production Line Operator

Prysmian, the world leader in solutions for energy and digital connections, is hiring a Production Line Operator in Indianapolis, IN. As a machine operator, you will work on a team of 6 – 7 operators and a team coordinator who are supported by the control room operator. You will be responsible for completing routine production activities, reporting changes in the process and/or issues with the system, and ensuring materials, systems, and tooling are ready for the next run before the active run is completed.

Requirements

• Can perform basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer functions.
• Able to communicate and cooperate with other associates.
• Can lift loads up to 50 pounds and physically traverse throughout the multi-level facility.
• Possesses sufficient motor skills to safely operate and utilize a forklift.
