Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Prysmian is a world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry. We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate activities on the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring teams, ensuring efficient utilization of workforce and equipment, and driving continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing techniques.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent – required
• At least three (3) years of management experience in a manufacturing environment – required
• Management experience in the optical fiber cabling industry – preferred
