Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will work with multiple departments to provide analytic support, QMS and gauging improvements throughout the manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include monitoring performance of quality assurance standards, processes, and controls, and assisting in maintaining the Quality Management System.

Requirements

• BS degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
• Minimum of three (3) or more years of quality or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in manufacturing and production processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
• Knowledge of DMAIC problem solving, MSA (Gage R&R) application and evaluation, basic quality improvement tools (8D, 5WHY, etc.)
• Experience with QMS management and improvement a must
• ASQ Certification in Quality Engineering is a plus
