Site Superintendent - Cable Laying & Civil Works

We are looking for a Site Superintendent to lead pre-lay activities related to power cable systems, supervise civil works, and ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Construction, Civil, or technical Engineering, 2-4 years of experience in a construction site context or excavation, and a leadership attitude.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Master Degree in Construction, Civil, or other technical Engineering background
• 2-4 years of experience in a construction site context or excavation, digging
• Availability to spend long periods abroad on site (approx. 50/60% per year)
• Driving license
• Leadership attitude
• Good communication skills and relationship approach with Clients and subcontractors
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, target orientation, with attitude to manage properly priorities in coordination with Management
• Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
