Arbetsledare – Nyproduktion bostäder med betongstomme

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for the new construction of apartments with concrete frame. The role entails planning, leading, and following up on daily work on the building site, coordinating subcontractors and construction workers, and ensuring good progress in the frame and production phase.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager
• Experience with new construction in residential buildings
• Familiarity with larger residential projects
• Good knowledge of concrete frames and heavy frame solutions
• Understanding of schedule, logistics, quality, and work environment
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and create structure in production
