Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Information Sciences preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of work experience in technology solution engineering. 12+ years of work experience in technology solution engineering without a degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task effectively with strong analytical ability, problem solving skills, and attention to details.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP Business Data Cloud and all related components: Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, BW4/HANA.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality including Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, ABAP SQL, SAP Business Technology Platform and AI/ML concept.
- Experience with rationalizing legacy SAP BW reports as part of an ECC to S/4 migration.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, SAP-specific, AI/ML credentials) are a plus.
- Experience in project management or leadership role within large-scale SAP implementation or modernization projects.
- Experience working with Service Now application.
- Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas), Platform as a Service (Paas), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analysis.
- Exposure to Cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
