PSI is a leading Contract Research Organization offering a perfect balance between stability and innovation. The Executive Assistant provides high-level assistance to PSI US Operations Management layer of Director level or above.
Requirements
- College/University Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Previous experience in the capacity of a personal/executive assistant to managerial position in a global environment
- Clinical research industry (or related) experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict time constraints
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
