Requirements
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems
- IT support operations, including receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and users’ notification
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals
- Asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systems decommissioning, etc.)
- Documentation of system problems and resolutions
- Providing basic IT training to PSI staff
