Job Description
We are seeking a Specialist Talent Acquisition to manage the full cycle recruitment process on a regional scale for Clinical Trials roles. The position is temporary to cover a maternity leave period of 1 year.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Full working proficiency in English
- Sufficient experience in sourcing and recruiting experience
- Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience (plus)
- Experience with implementation of different recruitment methods and techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
