Job Description
PsiQuantum is on a mission to build the first real, useful quantum computers, capable of delivering world-changing applications. They are looking for an experienced Manager, System Commissioning to guide and grow the system commissioning team, contribute to the long-term strategy, and quickly resolve technical issues. This role involves leading commissioning projects, developing checklists, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring alignment with validation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physical science
- 10+ years of industry experience related to system validation, NPI or system engineering
- 4+ years of manager experience
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
- Experience with NPI and development of procedures and work instructions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills
- Proven record of accomplishment of working within and across groups in a dynamic environment
- Experience in device installation and testing, software/firmware upgrade, re-bootstrapping and decommission
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, optical network diagrams, mechanical drawings and specifications
- Experience with with data center or server room or supercomputer commissioning and maintenance is preferred.
