Job Description
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Psymplicity. This full-time on-site role is responsible for managing patient communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Our team provides outpatient psychiatry, psychology, and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
Requirements
- High level of competence with technology
- Knowledge and confidence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Previous knowledge and/or use of a CRM is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Good level of analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to prioritize and multitask
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
