Accounting and Tax Controller

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Tax Controller to lead our financial operations in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and tax, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in F&B/Retail/consumer goods and a minimum of 5 years of experience with Big 4.

Requirements

• CA, ACCA, CPA - IKA
• Min 10 - 15 years of experience in F&B/Retail/consumer goods
• Min 5 years experiences with Big 4
• Experiences in handling Statutory Audits, Tax filings, Regulatory & Compliances, Transfer Pricing documentation
• Financial reporting and consolidation per PSAK, IFRS, handled consolidation
• Tax Direct, Indirect, Transfer Pricing & Corporate Laws
• Ability to initiate and drive team, manage relationships with Bankers, Auditors and internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Coordinate audits and examinations by external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies
• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems
• Implement best practices for financial processes, systems, and technology
• Reporting for Store Profitability, discounts and promotion
• Inventory & COGS reports, Sales & AR reconciliations, Expense reporting
• Drive efficiencies on WC, Fixed Assets, Advance, Deposits
• ERP implementation, process improvement, automations, establishing process controls
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
