Job Description
The Mechanical & Structural Drafter is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed mechanical and structural drawings to support EPCM projects, including residential housing, fuel storage tanks, and jetty infrastructure.
Requirements
- Prepare, update, and revise mechanical and structural drawings
- Develop GA drawings, fabrication drawings, welding details, assembly drawings, and as-built documentation
- Interpret mechanical and structural design calculations and translate into accurate drawings
- Support preparation of material take-offs (MTOs), BoQs, and fabrication lists
- Review vendor and fabrication shop drawings for alignment with project specifications
- Ensure all designs comply with SNI, ASME, AISC, API, and international standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions
- Maintain drawing records and manage revisions in line with EPCM project control systems
- Provide technical drafting guidance and support during design reviews, client meetings, and construction queries
