Requirements
- Post-secondary education, two or more years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Windows-based software.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically, adapt to changing business needs, and work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees.
