Responsible for performing repair, maintenance, installation and/or preventative maintenance for commercial cooking or refrigeration-related food service equipment.
Requirements
- Valid Driver License and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Refrigeration (EPA) universal license
- CFESA Certifications
- Journeyman Licenses
- Training certificates from manufacturers and/or service representatives
- At least three years of related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Knowledge of the internet, smartphones and tablets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook or similar programs
