Corporate Commercial Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Corporate Collections Specialist is responsible for direct contact with customers to facilitate payment on outstanding invoices, and resolving issues related to billing discrepancies and past due accounts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with accounting courses
• Two years of experience in accounts receivable and or accounting
• One year of prior commercial collections experience
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Knowledge and basic proficiency in monitoring and maintaining commercial customer accounts
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
• Microsoft Office: Excel and Word, and or Access experience a plus
• Intermediate math skills
