Monitor and review all detail tasks of QA/QC function within project and/or corporate, including vendor and site coordinations and inspections.

Requirements

Monitor, review and issue project specific documentation such as method statement and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) etc. based on project requirements.
Provide quality input and/or problem resolution to discipline engineers during design and procurement phases or construction supervisors during field construction phase.
Review the quality system of new vendors/ subcontractors and/or conduct the assessment of vendors performance and then prepares/updates the record of Assessed Vendors List (AVL).
Develop, test and qualify the project welding specifications including welders/welding operators qualification
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
