Job Description
Project Manager needed to support growing team in Bay Area, CA. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving project excellence, collaborating with industry leaders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across complex initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (required)
- 5 years of proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects in Transmission, Distribution and Substation
- Experience managing Data Center construction or mission-critical facilities is highly valued
- Strong working knowledge of project controls, risk management, and earned value management
- Familiarity with DOE-funded project requirements and reporting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools
- PMP certification or P.Eng license preferred (or in progress)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset
