Job Description
PTC is a leading manufacturer and marketer of welded and cold drawn mechanical steel tubing and tubular shapes, plated bar and tubing and fabricated parts and precision components. This position resides in the Plant and provides competent support and resources to all plant manufacturing, planning and related services to maximize operating efficiencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or management as a minimum
- 10+ years of experience in a similar relevant occupation
- Leadership and team building skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of metals and metal-forming processes
- Knowledge of planning, organization, team building, employee relations
- Computer: word processing, spreadsheet, MRP
- Budget development and cost control
