Scientist I, Chemoproteomics

PTC Therapeutics is seeking an innovative and motivated scientist to join our Multiomics team in Mountain View, CA. The successful candidate will develop and apply chemoproteomic methods to advance drug discovery programs and translational biomarker strategies.

Requirements

• Sample processing and enrichment of multiple sample types (e.g. plasma, CSF, tissues, and cells)
• Daily operation of nano-LC and ion-mobility and high-resolution mass spectrometers
• Analysis of proteomic datasets using Spectronaut, MS Fragger, DIA-NN, Skyline, etc.
• Communicates effectively and cooperates with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategies
